Welcome to GrowBizSkills.ca ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), operated by the Canadian Motorcycle Tourism Association. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our online soft skills training platform, including all courses, content, and services provided.

By accessing or using GrowBizSkills.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

Course Content Usage

 

Permitted Uses:

- Personal learning and skill development

- Internal business training within licensed seats

- Sharing materials within authorized organization

Prohibited Uses:

- Redistribution or resale of course content

- Sharing login credentials with unauthorized users

- Creating derivative works without permission

- Using content for competing training platforms

 

Intellectual Property Rights:

- All course content remains property of GrowBizSkills

- Limited license granted for authorized use only

- Corporate Training Materials licensing applies

- Respect for third-party intellectual property

 

PAYMENT TERMS AND BILLING

 

Pricing and Fees

 

Course Pricing:

- Individual courses: $7.77 each (soft skills)

- Microsoft courses: $17.77 each

- Annual unlimited membership: $177.77

- Business packages starting at $57.77/year

 

Payment Methods:

- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

- Corporate invoicing available for enterprise clients

- Canadian currency (CAD) pricing

 

Billing Cycles:

- One-time payments for individual courses

Prohibited Activities

 

Account Misuse:

- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

- Sharing accounts with unauthorized users

- Using automated tools to access content

- Attempting to reverse engineer platform features

 

Content Violations:

- Downloading courses for unauthorized distribution

- Creating competing training materials from our content

- Selling or licensing our materials without permission

- Using content in violation of intellectual property rights

 

INSTRUCTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Instructor Qualifications

 

Requirements for Instructors:

- Relevant expertise in subject matter areas

- Professional training or teaching experience

- Agreement to maintain content quality standards

- Compliance with instructor code of conduct

 

Content Development:

- Original content creation or proper licensing

- Regular updates to maintain relevance

- Adherence to instructional design standards

- Collaboration with our content review team

 

Revenue Sharing:

- Transparent revenue sharing agreements

- Regular payment schedules for instructor earnings
